When I pulled up to the back of the car wash i told the guy i was looking for only certain things to be done to the car. I said I needed the back of my truck bed brushed or it would look dirty, i told the man i do not want the interior washed I just wanted the front two mats cleaned, and asked about using the clay bar on my car for just a few spots. The guy said no problem and i should ask the guy in charge in the front about claying the car, and what the price would be for them to clay just a few areas. I went to the man in the front and asked him about the clay. He told me he would take a look when the truck came out.
I watched my car go through. As it was going through i saw that they had missed parts of my truck on the hood, windshield, back window, and bumper. Granted i have a big truck, but I have to pay more for it, so i deserve to have my whole car cleaned, not just what they can reach! Put a TALLER GUY THERE!!! When the truck came out i showed the guy on the outside what i was talking about claying and he said i should go to an auto body shop. I said okay and went inside to pay because i was waiting to see what the price to clay was.
When i came outside they were finishing up on the outside. There was a guy putting armor all on my tires and a guy was putting in my mats. I went to look at everything, the bed of my truck was FILLED with soapy water, I asked if they could use something to push the soapy water out or hose it out and they said no. They said when i drove out of there the water would come out. (so my car should be filled with soapy water stains????) I just said wtvr guess i have to clean my own car and left. I returned home, my tires are spotty and looks half wet and half dry from the armor all or lack of it. It looks disgusting. I had the interior cleaned already and remember i asked them NOT TO TOUCH the interior, they cleaned it again with wtvr and my whole dashboard looks spotty. THEY NEVER TOUCHED MY BED IT DRIED DIRTY!!!! TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY PUT MY WEATHERTECH FLOORMATS IN WET!!!!!! THEY DIDNT LET THEM DRY!!! NOW MY CARPET IS WET UNDERNEATH!
I have been having trouble finding a place to get a good car wash with a truck, but i have never had an experience like this!!!! I dont recommend anyone use this car wash. Especially If you have a bigger vehicle and expect the whole thing to be cleaned. What they advertise, and claim to be... Is completely different than the truth! They are a RIPOFF, think they can charge more money because of the area they are in, and will ruin you car and make it look like sh*t!!!! DONT USE THEM!!!!
