Five Point Capital sued by OMEGA MANAGEMENT GROUP CORP.
On June 26, 2012, OMEGA MANAGEMENT GROUP CORP. filed a cross complaint against Five Point Capital, Inc. (CASE 30-2012-00532470-CL-CL-CJC) Superior Court of California Orange County, 700 Civic Center Drive West, Santa Ana, CA 92701.
