in april i purchased an arc trainer for 3,500 when asked if i would like to purchase additional warranty for 300.00 on top of free 500.00 warranty included i asked if i would be covered for repairman to come to my home i was told yes. i was told the charge to finance was approximately 180.00 2 days later i relized i was being charged 274.27 he conveniently for got to mention the warranty and a 35.00 floormat would boost finance charge up at this point wasnt sure finacally i should purchase machine tried to cancel order told that i couldnt once i ordered it no way to cancel i even offered to pay restocking fee even though it hadnt left warehouse told i had to keep it they were going to ship it and i couldnt refuse it now 7 months later it doesnt even turn on when i called i was told no such thing as in house warranty and the guy who sold it to me and lied about warranty was the vice president and nobody over him that i could make complaint to now im stuck paying 200.00 labor fee to a repairman plus whatever part cost not sure yet he comes tomorrow
