First Source Constant calling about an account from 6 years ago. Wont tell me about the account Amherst, New York

I have been receiving calls lately about a supposed credit card I had back in 2005. They tell me that it's a platinum MasterCard and that the balance is $703.00 but if I pay today they will settle it for $400.00 The account representatives have all my information which I will not verify for them but is correct. I do not remember having this credit card and they will not provide me with any additional information. They are extremely rude and constantly hang up on me. All they want is a payment for something I have no idea about. When I ask for more information they say "you can settle this now for $400.00". The last phone call I received they said "well since you will not pay, the balance will continue to go up and this will remain on your credit report". This is what troubles me because they DO HAVE my correct information. The people that call me must be based in India because they all have accents. When I called the "main office" here in the states there is never anyone there to take my call. I am fed up with this and want to get to the bottom of it.
