First let me start by saying I typically do not write reviews but after having dealt with this company on two different occasions i felt other consumers deserved to know the truth. First the pros YES they are nice and kind. The Prices are good, the product is good. The CONS if you buy from them prepare to not recieve your items on the date promised. I purchased a sectional last year that took almost a month to get all the piece. Yes i said piece because thats how it was delivered one piece at a time. Going againts my better judgement I tried again. 1/31/11 I bought a table didnt want to deal with the delivery nightmare so said i would pick it up on 2/8/11 as promised. Well what do you know. I called on 2/5/11 to confirm pick up only to be told that the top of the table had not been ordered and they could not get it until 3/7/11 remember I bought it 1/31/11. So i rushed to the store as this was unacceptable. I then was given the option to get a different table that i could pick up 2/13 so of course i called to confirm today and what do you know the table isnt available until 1-2 weeks longer seems like I am back in March again. This is DejaVu from the first experience and enough for me to know I will NEVER do business with them again. My last word of advise if you buy it dont need it until whenever they decide you can have it
