First House Financial
First House Financial charged me $9.95 but did not receive service Santa Cruz, California
5th of Jul, 2011 by User299395
I paid $9.95 to join First House Financial and haven't received anything in over 24 hours. I am very disappointed. I would either like a refund of my $9.95 or for someone to contact me to get started.

Have you tried to contact them? You can call them at 1.831.600.8203. I used their service and didn't have any trouble receiving my listings nor with their service and they always answer their phones and emails.

My friends and I have all been waiting for FHF to hit the news. Atleast 5 of us have all used it to great success. This stuff truley is incredible and has changed all of our lives. Good luck to everyone who takes advantage of this wonderful opportunity

A friend of mine did it and recommended it to me 3 weeks ago. I ordered the products and received them within 3 days. The results have been incredible and I can't wait to see what weeks 3 and 4 bring.

this is a scam...for real...read the terms, please dont fall for this...the terms say they have the right to all your info, including your bank account info, credit info, personal info...FRAUD>>>>DONT USE THIS SERVICE

definitely not a scam, you can learn a lot about pre-foreclosure acquisition and subject-2-financing through FHF. check em out!

To the complainer above, the FHF terms of use are no different than any other companies privacy policy if you care to look. Don't all companies ask for your payment info, name, address, phone number? What the heck are you talking about!

I THINK THIS IS A SCAM, THEY CHARGED ME ONE DOLLAR TO ASK ME QUESTIONS, DIDN'T SEND ME ANYTHING FOR THE TRIAL I PAID FOR, AND I THINK ALL THEIR TESTIMONIALS AND RESPONSES TO CONSUMER CLAIMS ARE B.S, THE ALSO CHARGED ME A 5 DOLLAR CANCELLATION FEE!

They charged me on the 5th day of a 7day trial and would not refund and on top of that charged $5 cancellation fee!!!

Complete scam! Charged me 19.95 for credit check, another 19.95 for some "listing" and 5 dollar cancellation fee. All I wanted was to look at the apartment they listed on the ads. Normal businesses are upfront with their fees and don't make 1 dollar turn into 44.9 People that praise them above probably get paid by them or one of their people.

Like I said, learn the facts about them, read the fine print (which I failed to do) and stay away.

Also, their customer support sound like they are high. Took me 5 minutes to spell 10 letter of my name. Very rude as well, two of their reps hung up on me. Again please don't listen to the above reviews.

My agent was Johnny Grant and he told me I had to sign up for a free trial on this vredit report sight that wanted my credit card info and kept telling me it was a free credit report which never produced a score but the fine print says they will charge ou 39.95 after the 7 day free trial which i never got anyway it never produced a credit score . I said if you are a mortgage company you can pull up your own credit scores why do i need this ? i was told they needed it to get me into my first home . I was looking for a rental that i found on craigslist.
