| I paid amerigo for there loan services. For the first 2 weeks they keep in contact with me I guess only to put me in some kind of false sence of security. After they got all my information and I paid them they told me they will call me the next day and they would let me know the results. I waited one week and called the contact person they gave me because I did not here from anyone. I left about 16 messages that entire week and still no response. So the second week I called the person that processed my application and they answered and I told him everything that what was goin on and he told me that he would check it out and have someone get back to me ASAP and there was probably some miss communication. third week I called and emailed him and my contact person atleast 15 times a day and once again no response. Then I went to my application papers they faxed me to see if I could find an alternate contact number. I got a hold of someone amd they I told them the problem and i had wanted my refund. They said wait and they would check on what happened after 2 days I called that number again and they said They have been trying to reach me to but there was no response but we could not find you a loan. I said ok please refund me my money and they said ok and put me on hold I was disconnected after being put on hold for a half hour. I tried callin back but I could not get any answer. I Calling back Repeatedly called repeatedly throughout the day and emailed them and called every number I had available until the emails said they failed that there was a failure and to check the address again every single number was disconnected after that I gave up and I screwed out of $300.00 bucks. I saw there website was up and running again and there was no not number to contract them with but you have to leave an email for them to contact you. I left a false me and hopping they will call me so I can get my money back and ask them why they would do something like tThis to me it has been a year now and I am still trying to get my money back. if anyone is reading this I tell you do not trust them or the comments online it is probably the first amerigo scamers put up false promises of the bulls**t to make you think that they will help you think but it all is a scam to get your money. I would like the man online who claims they refunded his money to get in contact with me I can get my money back as well. |

| They have been calling me to. I told them I didn't have a bank account so they told me to go get a green dot card and put 150 on it and they would loan me 1500. They said they would not take my money on the green dot card they were just going to verify the funds were there so they would know I would be able to pay them back on the 7th of every month. I knew it sounded to good to be true. They told me they were from PA, yet the web site says they are from Florida. I had a feeling it was a scam. I do have there number and the head mans name. His name is suppose to be Mark Watson and the number is 7032760100. I hope you turned them in to the BBB and the cops. Sorry you went through that and thank you for sharing your story before I made the same mistake. |
