First American Solutions llc Ron Bailey, Stole my money and left me with nothing but debt Henderson, Nevada

First American Solutions seemed like a great company to work with. I did my homework and everything seemed to be ok but when 1 year went by and nothing I got nervous. April 2011 I got a phone call from Eli Rosenberg stating they had a grant foundation for me. Not a huge amount but I was happy. I then started working with a Ron Bailey to do an impact study which was done by Wlaker Incorporating a great company but I had to pay 5,000.00 to get this done. I told Ron B. I didn't have the money that I would have to borrow it. He claimed in writing and verbally that if that grant didn't go through First American would refund the 5000.00. I had him send me a letter stating as such in which he did and signed. Ik, thought that was alright. I spoke with Walker Inc and they stated that the impact study was done and back to Ron at First AMerican. Ron then stated everything was fine and accepted by the foundation and funding would occur no later than May 25, 2011. I have since tried contacting Ron and ELi with no such luck. They will no longer take my calls, emails, faxes or any attempt to contact them. I have filed complaints with the FBI Fraud division and also the FTC. All I wanted was a small grant to help me and my non profit help the American Servicemen and women board their dogs while on active tour of duty. We also help the elderly and handicapped. First American knew how much I was falling behind. Because of all the promises I have put down deposits and ordered materials I can no longer pay for. I have also hired two new employees which I have to let go. I have signed contracts with First American and a lot of empty promises. I have spoken with both Eli and ROn in the past and both seemed like very understanding people and that First American has gone through a lot of staff changes in the past year and apologized for any confusion. Al I want is a refund for the money in whcih I have paid and I will be happy. 5950.00 total. Considering I have lost thousands more. It would of been nice to get a phone call and be updated. Hard to believe that there are people out there that will steal every penny from someone. I am a client of First American Solutions I have a contract I have been working for over a year already with this company.
