Firestone Firestone Charges Total Available Balance on Firestone Card For All Repairs Peoria and Sun City, Arizona

So when my wife and I first moved out to the Phoenix area we had several issues with our cars, my in-laws had a Firestone credit card and offered to help. We accepted the help. Something odd happened however every time we would take a vehicle in to get serviced, it would cost approximately, usually within about $40 of what we had available on the Firestone credit card to repair the vehicle. Often times the repairs were substandard and had to be re repaired by another mechanic as well. The water pump on my Mazda MPV went out, and then a year after Firestone replaced it, it went out again. The belts on my MPV were squealing so I had them adjusted when I had the water pump replaced low and behold 3 days later the belts were squealing just as bad. Also my wife's focus was having problems, we took it in several times then after we finally took it to a dealer they found several problems they said Firestone should have found. Firestone does not provide quality service and they take every penny they can from you. They have also engaged in unauthorized repairs. Class action lawsuit waiting to happen.
