| These companies are working together to rip you off. One company contracts with you and recieves funds, then passed you off to a parent partner in crime to provide the services the first company promises. They then close up the first company and without doing anything for you (except to further place you in debt and closer to forclosure) They Just Ripped You Off!!! The Second Company BRIT Processing or what ever the name is will deny liability to the contract. Refuse to do the job they have been telling you they are working on, then stop responding to your inquiries. These company's it seems, are all or mostly based out of Florida. It seems the DA in Florida is either under the gun, over run or on the payroll, and over and over again these White Collar Criminals jump from one company name to another while continuing to Rip You Off! Do not do business with any company that is not in your STATE and is only online. Find an Attorney, even if you have to hire one outside of your home area, but they should be in your STATE. There is a huge criminal element in Florida and they have this whole thing figured out. Ripping Off hundreds, if not thousands of Americans every month, $2000 at a time. On November 23rd 2010, I signed a contract and agreement with Financial Links to represent me and provide services to obtain mortgage negotiation, forbearance on foreclosure, rate reduction and loan modification with my mortgage company. My payments were made on time and as defined in the contract, the final payment cleared my bank on January 25th 2011. Since March of 2011 Financial Links and or its subsidiaries have not provided the services as represented in the contract. I believe Financial Links to be in breech of contract at this time. In March 2011 I verbally requested copies of financial information provided to my Mortgage Company in a phone conversation with Jose Dela Torre. To date, I have not received any documentation. I am now requesting, in writing. that the documents your company prepared for my Mortgage company be delivered to me at the address below. Upon receipt of my fees Financial Links forwarded my account to Brit Processing. Neither Financial Links nor Brit Processing has been in contact with myself or my mortgage company in over two months. In the contract I signed, your policy states the following: FINANCIAL WILL GUARANTEE TO LOWER YOUR PAYMENT AND BRING YOUR MORTGAGE CURRENT. FINANCIAL WILL GUARANTEE THAT YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU IF YOU ARE COMPLETELY DENIED FOR ANY MODIFICATION. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS WHILE YOUR FILE IS IN PROCESSING. I am requesting a full refund of the $2000.00 paid for services your company promised. At this time I have obtained an Attorney to defend me in a Foreclosure Suit against myself and my home. |

| omg...i need to get in touch with whoever wrote this on this website as we have fallen for the same exact thing..it almost sounds exact to the "t" with what we have just experienced. Even the name Jose Dela Torre is the same..I, too have paid 3 payments of $730 completed on or around the same time Jan 2011..we too have waited for, got the run around and finally today got an email saying we were denied modification..please please send me your contact info so i too can get some kind of refund from them..i just dont know how..and possibly you do..please please help by replying to our email address..this is unbelievable..and here i thought it was genuine..OMG..please respond |
