Filmon.com purportedly provides online access to hundreds of TV and cable stations. The reality is that there are almost no stations available. The problem is that once you've signed up it is almost impossible to cancel. There is no customer service link, no place on the site to cancel your subscription. There a liked site for some kind of help but the site doesn't recognize the user name and password used to access the mail site. Trying to retrieve a new password doesn't work at that functionality doesn't result in a new password being sent to the email address.
Very bad service, and frustrating it would take so much effort to try and cancel the membership.
Don't get caught it their web.

No, he's right. I'm trying to cancel my subscription, and I can't. They've been charging me since September where I UNinstalled their app. I watched one quarter of basketball, and now I'm out $60 because they keep charging me.
Nowhere in their app description does it say it cost money. Complete and utter scam. |

| Last year I bought a subscription for one month, which was fine. This year in June I bought another one. However, Filmon continued to deduct USD 19.98 for July, August and September. They have changed their terms and conditions and now you have to cancel otherwise they continue to charge. Unfortunately, there was no indication of a change in their terms and I am now trying to get my money back from MasterCard. Filmon must be scamming people left, right and center and making millions out of it!! |
