Fiesta Fiesta Food Mart Bait and switch, deceptive advertising. Dallas, Texas

Within the last two months we have received grocery store sale flyers from Fiesta Food and have encountered an advertising bait and switch for the third time. The first time was on a meat item. We were lead to a lesser item than the advertised special. We decided not to buy, decided it was a bad mistake or a misprint in the flyer. The second incident was tuna steaks advertised for $5.99. When we arrived at the store they were priced at $7.99. The clerk asked me where I saw the price. Told him the flyer. He said he would have to see the flyer. Went back the next week and showed the flyer to the clerk. He said he could not honor the price because the flyer had expired. The third incident was today. June 30, 2011. Fiesta flyer says Wild catch! Headless Texas Gulf shrimp, 16/20 count, $6.99 a pound. The item presented was farm raised shrimp from India, 25/35 count. Asked where the advertised item was and was told they dont have it.
The India shrimp is the sale item. Talked to assistant manager, he said they didnt have the item and there was nothing he could do. Spoke to a woman assistant manager. She wrote down the bait and switch information. Said she would talk to the manager about it. Said this happens when corporate puts out flyers and doesnt coordinate delivered items. She was very sorry for the mistake. Did not take my name or offer an amendment to the issue.
