| I began work as a snow removal contractor in Ocotber 2012 and stopped January 30, 2013. I have not received a single cent for my services from that time. I've spent the past 2 months trying to get my check cut. I have been given the run around by Matt Gregor with Ferrandino and Son, Inc. Despite several emails and voice mails, I have not heard anything. In my experience, they use smaller companies to get the work completed, they get paid and do not pay their contractors. Because of this, I won't shop at any location they service. I have also notified many others about Ferrandino and Son's practices and over 100 people will also not shop anywhere Ferrandio services until Ferrandino is fired from the locations. We feel it's right to give our money to companies that back their consumers. All the things on the internet including with the BBB are 100% correct! Complaints by others are exactly what I have had experience with. I have a friend who is a business competitor who also had the same dealings with Ferrandino and Son, Inc. Ferrandino and Son, Inc gets away with murder as they try really hard to find loop holes in their contract to find a way to not pay or not pay the total amount. In my opinion, Ferrandino and Son, Inc practice unethical business practices and I believe that corporation should be shut down and be prevented to ever practice business as they know it ever again. When I started my business, I told myself customer service and follow through will be my mainstay-Period! |

| My husband just started working for this company a few months ago as an inspector. He says the same thing...he files reports about things that need to be fixed, but because the company lowballs contractors, they either don't get the work done or don't get paid, so the problem doesn't ever get fixed. The only way this company stays in business is because they bid low contracts to the company and then simply don't get the work done because they don't pay the subcontractors. This company is doomed to go under sooner or later. Hopefully sooner. BTW, they pay the inspectors diddly squat to inspect over 100 sites a month and STILL don't do anything to fix the reports the inspectors send in. |

| I agree with the first complaint, I do lot sweeping for two walgreens and have bee waiting for thre weeks to get paid, I emailed and called an still have no satisfction. the only good hing about this is I also will stop shoppig at walgreens until this company no longer serves them and I will convey my disatisfaction with walgreens. |
