SELLING PLASTIC BEADS AS JADE

I bought a jadeite necklace on MALLERIES-FEHRMAN COLLECTION RECENTLY AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE PLASTIC BEADS,YES,PLASTIC BEADS.
When I contacted them,the hubby said he has been dealing with jade since 1970s and refused to admit it is plastic not jade.
I returned the item and got my refund,but I aske them to seek a second opinion and i told them i scratched one of the beads with stainless steel swiss knife and it comes off like powder(jade is stronger than stainless steel and cannot be scratched)
the woman said this is homegrown test and they have geminologist report certifying it is jade,so i asked for a copy and they said no need as i have returned the item.
so now they merrily relisted the item as jade waiting for the next sucker,here is the link

This is disgusting, how could anyone do this.
Malleries is a classy site, now I wonder if all the other items are fake?

Malleries has some nice stores, brick and mortar stores in nice shopping districts, but beware of pure cyberstore, take a look at some of the photos they posted and you may find them on Ebay, I would not be surprised they find their merchandise on Ebay and marked them up 1000% and hope someone who is not Ebay savvy would buy them.
Some clues to look for-
lousy pictures
too few store items or items which seem to come from different sources like flea market, garage sale etc
no store front picture or address
operating out of their home or just a P O Box
no return
too good to be true

Now they removed the plastic jade necklace.
if there is a geminologist report, what are they afraid of, they should be thrown out of Malleries;
