feelgolfclubs Supplied Fake Golf Clubs, Internet |
30th of Dec, 2011 by User588270 |
Feelgolfclubs stated that all their golf clubs were brand new and authentic. I asked multiple times it this satement was correct. They said that all their clubs were real. So I agreed to purchase club. Upon arriving it was clearly fake, wrong headcover, colour distortion on hosel and very heavy feel (aluminium instead of titanium). So have asked them to refund all my money. They replied that they wont refund money unless club is sent back to them to view at my own expense. I refused to pay anymore for a fake club, so have asked for a full refund and they can arrange shipping at their own expense. Their reply was would I accept a small compensation and keep club. Simple response, No. I have had multiple emails back and forward, after firstly blaming the supplier for the fake, they have now admitted that because clubs are so cheap they cant be compared to real ones. Have have gone to their management for a decision on whether to refund my payment. If they manage to refund my money i will happily allow they to collect club at their own expense. I will also update this report. But at the moment no response, so dont deal with thie company. Feelgolfclubs cant be trusted. |

Company are still refusing to refund. Still claiming they only sell authentic OEM clubs, but have admitted that the clubs they sell cant be compared to real ones. They have a few similar website doing the same thing. www.golfshopclubs.com, www.golfshoppingclubs.com, they are all the same company with the same online help. All of which cant guarantee the products they sell. Dont even look at these companies. Authorities need to shut these companies down and prosecute the owners and staff that work there. |

I had to return the fake club at my expense for them to even consider a refund, then they refused to offer a full refund. I had to use a chargeback to claim full refund off them, but still short due to return shipping. Dodgy company should be all shot. |

WeStoreShop.com sent me fake golf clubs. The Taylor Made Burner 2.0 clubs are made if titanium and the magnet test proved these clubs were made of steel. The clubs were also a slightly different color than my friends authentic clubs. facebook is posting an ad for WeStoreShop.com on their web page and I can't find a way to report it other than an advertising chat room. It cost me $140 more dollars to ship these clubs and now I'm just hoping for a refund. |
