FEDTRUST BANK CENTERSTATE BANK CLOSED MY ACCT AGAINST MY WILL, RUDE, LIED, REFUSE TO HELP ME FILE DISPUTE OF OVER $500 ORANGE CITY, Florida |

Had issue with this bank last month; had to call corporate office to straighten out my account. I was treated disrespectful by the girls that work there. They didnt like I went "over thier heads." Now this month; (again thru No fault of my own); I had purchased an item using my credit/debit card; and the guy refuses to ship my item. I didnt know he was a "crook." I made two payments a month apart. Bank told me; they cannot help me; as it has nothing to do with them. I was irate; as it certainly has alot to do with them, its thier cc/db card i used thru them in good faith. This is my money and i want them to retrieve it for me. I called corporate office, again (reluctantly, as they werent pleasant 1x i called). Then never returned my calls. I was forced to call a branch 50 miles from my house; the manager there stated "you have every right to file dispute at your branch." Long story short: i was able to file dispute and had to bring proof of this crooks email stating to me he has already refunded me (5 days ago) but yet why isnt' funds in my acct.???? After i signed the affidavid, the branch mgr walked in and put her card in front of my face and said, "i am (so and so / name) next time you have a problem you call me and talk to me." I stated, "I would have, except last month when i had problem you had attitude towards me AND while I was talkling to you over phone YOu were talking to someone in your office simultaneously. Thats Rude!!!" She didnt like that and told me "When this is all done, i am closing your account and you can bank elsewhere." What and Who gives a "branch mgr" the right to treat and talk like this to a Customer???? I never had this happen to me b4 and am at a loss for words. Wonder if i could due them for the stress they had given me for pass 2 months now? One angry consumer |
