Fed Ex, Fed Ex is neither Express nor customer friendly Newburgh , New York

Every package, every time, they 'can't find my house'. Even after delivering a package, again they can not find my house.
It has not moved.

The other problem is when they think you've given them a bad address, they send you a postcard to alert you to the fact. But they send it to the address they claim to not be able to find. How do they think USPS can find it? And how long until the customer figures out that perhaps USPS is a better way to go? Hey, Fed Ex thinks they can find houses with bad addresses, they MUST be good!

So then DAYS later you get the postcard and call, but you can not call the Newburgh NY location because they are in witness protection or something, so you have to call the 800#, and by the time you get home from work, find the postcard in the mail, realize they AGAIN can not find your house and make that call, the Newburgh place is closed.
So you have to rely on Fed Ex Customer Service relaying information and calling you back to give these people directions to the house you gave them directions to the last time they couldn't find your house that has not since moved, but they still can not fid, while USPS finds it to deliver the postcard Fed Ex sent to tell you they can not find your house.

What does that tell you? Send your packages via USPS.
Oh and certainly do not expect them to refund any portion of the shipping you paid for that took twice as long, because they can't find your house that they have been to numerous times.
