I was looking into using artificial stone to line a cinderblock wall. After reading the customer reviews I had a good impression of the product. Numerous customer reviews stated that they could hardly tell the difference between the fake rock and the real stone surfaces. I decided to order close to $400 worth of the panels. When the panels arrived it was a huge disappointment. The panels were made out substance similar to polyurethane foam (what surfboards are made from). It is very easy to damage the product. They were incredibly flimsy and very breakable. They also were warped and not level. Furthermore, they didnâ€™t look real stone. In short the product goes in the record books as being one of my lousiest purchases. I am writing to inform perspective buyers to stay away from this company. Once you order a panel there are no refunds. The customer reviews are very biased. You should also know that the company gives monetary rewards to customers that send photos with positive review write ups. This company is also very sneaky about shipping costs. During your initial purchase they estimate shipping costs and a few months later they send you the real shipping bill. It's a very sneaky marketing gimmick that makes you initial purchase lower and they wait a few months to tag on the real shipping bill. For the record, this is my first customer complaint I have made against a company in a public forum.
