Fannie Anders Lisa Bullock Alert!!!!! Bowling Green, Kentucky |
8th of Dec, 2011 by User620599 |
On November 25, 2011, Fannie Anders surely decided she would attempt to scam yet another person looking for a home to rent. She posted an ad on Craigslist for Pensacola FL. She used the email address of to post this listing. She did not give any details in the body of the post just in the title. I found the post and emailed her asking for more details regarding the home. She returned an email, using the name Lisa Bullock, with a very long song-n-dance about she was not worried about the money and that the real estate agent that she previously listed it with was attempting to scam rentes by adding to the $800 she wanted in rent. She just wanted someone in the house to take care of it while she worked off-shore in Alabama. She gave me the addess of the home and told me to search for the address on google and I would find pictures. I did exactly that and was excited because it was a very nice home wiith everything that we are looking for in a rental. She also told me that we were welcome to walk around the house and look in the windows to see the inside. Then she told me that if it was something that we wanted to rent to let her know and we would make arrangements for us to get the keys to be able to go inside. When I emailed her back after walking around the house I received an email from her stating that I would need to request and application. Which I did. When I returned the application I received and an email stating that my application was accepted and that I would need to Western Union the deposit to "her sister" in KY and I would need to request the wiring information. I sent that request. At this point I began to investigate the ownership information on the address and found that she was not the owner of record on the property. I decided to wait and see what the next email would bring. When it arrived it listed Fannie Anders with the address of 1575 Normal Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42101 as the Western Union information. I then did a search for Fannie Anders and found this webpage. Needless to say, no money was sent. I got lucky, but not everyone has been. I know she has received money from other people. She would have yet another nice payday if I had not taken the time to check her out. It is sad that she is not in jail for stealing from people. Not only has she attempted to steal money from me, but she has stolen my time and the money that it took to go look at the house. Not only that, but she has had a man call to try and bully us into sending the money to her as if we owe her something. Beware!!!! If you fill out the application she will have your address and phone number to harrass you. Also, if you are lucky enough to not send her money the law enforcement says there is no crime and they cannot do anything. The only way to stop her from scamming others is to make everyone aware of her scam and she will not make any money. I feel that she will move on to other areas and other scams using other names and emails because obviously she does not want to put her intelligence to good use. |
