| I'm a horrible mess. Almost a year ago I had sent in a copmlaint to BBB with the fact that Family Auto Mart sold me a car that 4 days later had to have the transmission rebuilt and taken care of. Yes...they did help take care of it and get it fixed but now less than a year later I have the same issue again and try to see if I can get rid of my car and then find out that these horrible people sold me a car that was TOTALED...A car that had been in several accidents...that had been auctioned as having unibody damage that Family Auto Mart STILL bought and then sold to me...HOW DARE THEY!! They knew there was issues with this car from the beginning..I would have NEVER bought a car knowing this. I've been driving an unsafe car with my 3 year old child in it for almost a year now not knowing any of this. This is not right. I have never been ripped off this bad in my life...who does this to people? I have hardly any money and now I have to continue to drive a car that has been through so much damage?...Unbelievable..I want something done..this is not fair...if anything..I want my money back!!..this is not how people should be treated..they are cruel rude people that didn't give a shit about what they were doing...who had no heart to think about anything but getting rid of a piece of shit car that they KNEW would give me problems. I want justice and I want something to be done about this. I will continue to report and I will go as far as speaking the news stations..healdines..whatever it takes to bring these people down. No one should have to go through this...and I understand was "SOL AS-IS" means but come on..if i would have been told or if ANYONE would have been told that the car had been totaled in the past and that the transmission was shot..NO ONE and I repeat..NO ONE in their right minds would have agreed to that. This is not fair..this is not right..and I would hope that people out there would understand and do something about this. Car bought: May 23, 2010 Car transmission shot: May 27, 2010 Car repair (AFTER LONG WAIT AND DISRESPECT FROM FAMILY AUTO MART): First/Second week of June 2010 Downpayment: 2,300 And P.S...I am stil paying for this piece of crap! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I want a vehicle that actually works. I want to know that these people cared at least a little bit about what they did to me and my son. I want so much emotionally from these people that I had lost because of what I have dealt with. The trust that i can't see in anyone because of these people. I want my pride back. I want know that these people pay for what they have done to me and so many others that I'm sure are out there dealing with the same thing. |
