FACTS is a company supposedly used as an easy way for parents to pay their tuition for private school. We set up automatic payments on the 20th of each month. One month we did not have the necessary funds to pay the tuition they continued to attempt to debit our account twice a day generating hundreds of dollars in NSF fees on our bank account. This company is dirty. Pay your tuition through normal channels.

Savannah State University started using Nelnet Business Solution. Note: Facts Management is a division oof Nelnet Business Solutions.
Continuing, Nelnet made a deduction from my bank account on Jan. 5 in Savannah State's name and has yet to send it to SSU resulting in my child's classes being dropped on the Jan. 12.
On Jan. 12, I spoke with someone in the office of the presidency. The confirm through speaking with the Bursar that I did pay during Nelnet. My daugther's classes were reinstated.
Note: The money has yet to be posted to me daughter's account.
I spoke with Nelnet on Jan. 13 and they confirmed that they had not sent disburse the funds to SSU. The audacity of the conversation was when they stated they have a contract with the university to hold payment until all students have paid and there is a disbursement date that they will not disclose to me.
As I stated to them, their contact with the school has nothing to do with my contract with them. And in my contract with them, there is nothing about designated disbursement date or holding of funds.
Later that evening, a letter arrived under my daughter's dorm door stating that she needed to vacate the dorm by Jan. 20.
SSU's audacity in summed up in an email sent to my daughter...as follows...
This is to inform you that you registration has been cancelled for non-payment. If
you have Financial Aid, please verify with your counselor to determine if there is
any action required on your part. Savannah State is also offering a payment plan
through Nelnet this semester.
Needless to say, I am seeking legal advice to clear this matter.
