| I took advantage of a savemore.com voucher for 3 nail polishes from this company. After nearly a month I hadn't heard anything other than the automated order email from them so I emailed them as instructed in their order confirmation email. No reply. I wait a week and email again AND to the [email protected]. Again NO REPLY. I finally get a box with two polishes in it. A China Glaze and an OPI. On their site they never indicate these are commonly found polishes. China Glaze and OPI polishes can be found for 7-8.00 pretty much anywhere, sometimes cheaper. The polishes on their site are listed at 15.00 each. My box contained these two polishes. No packing slip, no note about where the other one I ordered is, nothing. I will never order from this company again. Their communication is non existent and I didn't get at all what I ordered. I could've picked these two up from anywhere around town instead of going through this ridiculous scam company. |

| Had a similair experience with this company. After 31 business days I received my "black creme" nail polish. Paid $15, received Jordanna nail polish, retails about $2-3 and is often found in the dollar store. Its false marketing and its obvious the company is an unprofessional mess. BEWARE |

| My order "supposedly" shipped September 27th, still waiting!! 5 emails to them later they say they resent my order but I have yet to see it. |

| I used a savemore.com deal--$7.50 for a $15 product. I ordered 9/2; they said they shipped 9/27. That long to ship a POLISH?? I could have walked and Sally's Beauty Supply 15 times in that amount of time. Two weeks pass and I still haven't received the package. I contact them and don't get a response for 2 weeks. They tell me they'll reship the package. This was in October. It's now November and I have emailed them twice more asking where my package is and they won't reply. I'm now working now working on trying to dispute the charges because I'm simply pissed off more at the runaround than the amount of money I was scammed. |

| This website is the worst!! I did the same thing and took advantage of the offer through savemore.com. My experience was exactly like these others...I received only 2 of the 3 polishes. |

| I'm in the same boat did the savemore.com deal for the crackle polish ordered 9/2 said it shipped 9/27 and nothing. Emailed and phoned them several times finally 10/26 got a reply that they reshipped my order and here it is 11/16 and still nothing and no replies to my calls or emails. |
