I ordered a computer by phone,the sales person did not said nothing about warranty and the computer specifications.
I recieved the computer with an invoice and with a new phone number were complaint,(The company only use two numbers one to sale and the other number to customer service.
Since 01/10/10 I still calling to the customer service number they only receive messages it looks like a fraud. The computer is unusable.

I ordered my EZBOOKpc-7 and it was sent to me on 9/08/10. I didn't have much time to use it because of illness, now that I am better, I can't even login. Every time I try it gives me an error message: The password you typed is incorrect. Please retype your password.
It is the correct password and the only screen that shows is one that say "Welcome to Windows CE" then gives me the wrong time, Sunday, January 03, 2010, a place to type in my password and when I do I get the above message. Then i see Microsoft Windows CE.
That's it. I can do nothing else with the EZBOOK.
When I call (877) 285-7287, the message I receive is "This number is no longer in service".
What am I to do? Please help |
