Extended Lengths Order only partially filled; multiple contacts led to nothing UNTIL I saw ripoffreports.com!!! Internet, Internet

I ordered 3 hair colors and 1 hair bleach from this store, it was my first order. It took 2+ weeks to get here and when it did, 1 hair color was missing with a scribbled note: "backorder." Of course, they already charged me for it which is techically illegal, they can only charge WHEN they ship. I contacted Sam by voicemail (they don't ever answer the phone) and email. I asked how long the backorder would take and offered to take a substitute color. After a few days of this merry-go-round I asked for a credit which generated no response (surprise). I wasn't sure which route to take as it seemed sort of a waste of my bank's time to pursue this small amount of money. So, while I was thinking, I looked to see if Extended Lengths had any complaints, and ta-da! I found ripoffreports.com and saw 26 complaints! I then both left a voicemail and email letting Sam know I saw him on THIS SITE and asked him if he wasn't EMBARASSED?! I said that online shopping is very trust-based, and that he should treat his customers as he would like to be treated and step up and do the right thing. I said he had until the end of the week to post a credit to my account - WHICH HE DID DO. Obviously I wouldn't ever use this online store again. Who has time to babysit their order? Especially when you've already been charged for it? If you weren't, you could move on and buy elsewhere (even though more shipping costs). So, thank you to all of you who posted, you really helped me out. In return I suggest you appeal to Sam the same way I did, and see if you can get things set right. Good luck, and thanks again!
