I have 2934 minutes on my phone and 512 days of service, my phone suddenly dies and I called the the net10 customer service consecutively 4 days and spoke to 3 supervisor of the customer service. The supervisors have to talk to the other department to fix my problem, then they tell me to call back tomorrow if your phone is still not working. Today after tomorrow, they just waste my time and steal my minutes, remember if you are still using net10 phone, do not add minute and I advise you to switch to other phone service to avoid falling in my situation.

I was net10 customer for almost 2 years and first I started with a 300 minutes for 60 days, later I add more minutes and my service days also increase. unfortunately I fall into their cheating and stealing trap, never and ever use net10 again. Again I have to give up 2934 minutes and 512 days stolen by net10 phone company.
