Company promises easy to use quizes, guidance, connections, strategies and provides very little and inferior coverage of some categories and none at all of others. They told me I was signing up for a full 7 days service with their compliments with the right to cancel. I had subscribed to their emails and had been considering it a long while. On accessing the site it did not have any at all of much of promised content so I cancelled straight away after searching for the very clearly promised content that interested me and finding it completely not provided at all in any form. They billed anyway, and immediately. When I cancelled I was told by the site confirmation of cancellation would not be sent to me, so I suspected fraud as I could not prove to visa I had cancelled. I cancelled my credit card but they had already put the payment through.
