Exodus Cymbals Carlos Skinfill Customs Fraud - Working illegally in USA - NOT PAYING TAXES in California - Debts owed to many BIG BEAR LAKE , Californ
4th of Feb, 2013 by User966477
Carlos Skinfill and Exodus World Class Cymbals is a fraud! He is asking everyone for money. He says he runs a church ministry. I have not seen any documentation to prove this. Still he asks and gets donations. He is in California and illegally running a business. He always has money and spends lavishly and is a big self promoter. He paid internet BOTS and services to up his "LIKES" on Exodus World Class Cymbals Facebook page to around 50,000 "LIKES" but only a handful are talking on the page. Doesn't that tell you something? He has screwed every major company of expensive musical equipment he "ENDORSED". He claims to have opened a recording studio and has contracts with Disney, MGM, Warner Brothers, Sony, etc. He now claims to be a cymbal expert and manufacturer when he is really nothing but buying OEM cymbals. These cymbals are made by Masterwork and Impressions, two no name OEM suppliers. He transfers money from Mexico to USA and maintains a big lifestyle in Big Bear Lake, Ca. He is importing items to California around customs and the local and state governments knowledge. There are fees and taxes to be paid on inventories that are not being paid. He claims to have sold the name of the business to a friend in Japan for 250,000.00 and he is working for that partner / buyer. This is only a front. If you look at the past business dealings you will see there is a lot of unhappy people that are in the music industry and members of NAMM. This con artist owes me thousands and worse my time! When you call him he is always busy in in a far away country on business. BUYER BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH Carlos Skinfill and EXODUS WORLD CLASS CYMBALS! You have been warned!-

iám from Chile, i found out recently about this, they owed me a full set of cymbals, after giving me a lot of excuses every week about problems in the customs and with the shipment from turkey, Alex Skinfill (Carlos´ son) offered to give my money back but more excuses kept coming..., 3 weeks ago he called me to tell me he would send my money back next monday (as always) but never did, then he stops answering my emails and finally one day i realize the website and facebook pages are gone, no videos on youtube and phone numbers disconnected, exodus cymbals doesný exist anymore, he owes me over one thousand dollars... so yeah, i really hope Carlos Skinfill, Alex Skinfill and Gabriela Moreno to spend a lot of time in jail, they deserve it!!!
