When talking about David Bychkov, you have no real idea how many lives this one man has ruined, but I do. He's a horrible, person who hates people in general and in my learned opinion is a sociopath. If anyone is thinking about class-action lawsuits against David Bychkov or Exmovere - please contact me. If any officials from the State of Virginia or SEC reads this and needs someone who has seen things in person to testify - please contact me and we'll talk. I'm very willing to send this man to jail, ruin his life and the possibility of any life he may ever hope to have again in the future - and his Muslim wife as well. I'm an ex "employee" - and had better sense than to buy into his worthless stock scheme - although at first it was very tempting. David Bychkov once called me on the phone, saying I needed to buy stock before at it's current price, and before it tripled in value... and my friends and my family. God, I'm so glad I listened to my inner voice and didn't! 1. I have been in his office when they have received investor money for hundreds of thousands of dollars - and this smelly, morbidly obese excuse for a human being David Bychkov was literally drooling at the mouth, unable to focus attention on "work" problems - because he "had to get the money in the bank before 2pm". 2. I've been present when David Bychkov & Cheyenne Crow locked themselves in Cheyenne's office and made their monthly calls to investors. David used to call them his "cats", because he said "you had to treat them a certain way to get the behavior he wanted from them". He hated them - he hated talking to his investors and told me that many times. 3. My office was about 3 offices away from his in McLean. Time after time after time I would receive phone calls from women in other countries seeking Cheyenne. Once, a woman flew in from Russia completely unannounced seeking either Cheyenne or David - and I was under absolute strict orders to tell anyone and everyone that Cheyenne was "in the research laboratory and absolutely could not be bothered". This per David Bychkov himself. 4. I was with him inside the medical clinic in Fairfax - when he refused to place doors on the exam rooms, but placed curtains on them instead so as to give the females being examined as sense of "vulnerability". He also had other motives; 5. He wanted to turn the Fairfax medical clinic into a "p*ssy meditation" center - as he called it. He had the idea that by placing a bio-feedback probe into women's vaginas - it would "treat" everything from incontinence to tone the vaginal walls. All with the women feeling this specific sense of "vulnerability". I advised him face-to-face of the unethical and possibly criminal nature of this act - he just laughed. 6. He attempted to forced me to brainstorm ways to use this new "p*ssy meditation" and have medicaid and medicare pay for it under the guise of "incontinence treatments" and other this "Chariot"hings. I finally refused and repeatedly advised against it. 7. He enticed me from my home and a successful business, luring me to Virginia to work for him - only to renig on his promises and provide the legal definition of a "hostile workplace", lack of supplies and more. 8. He had me hire nurses away from the current jobs, only to keep pushing back their start dates at Clinica, and never allowed them to start work, this after they gave notice at their current jobs I know for a fact David Bychkov was looking to bilk overseas investors under the guise of a "Chariot Store" - but offer them L1 and L2 visas with a path to becoming a US citizen once here. He created a fictitious "Exmovere University"....... he touted it - and supposedly he has a "Program Coordinator, Exmovere University" - but it does not in fact exist Do an Internet search on something called a "Showbot". Compare it to his "Chariot". They are EXACTLY alike. I know for a fact his apartment was paid for by the Exmovere Corporation, at the price of almost 8K monthly for David, and almost 6K monthly for Cheyenne. I spent months with David and Cheyenne and I never, not once, saw this "Chariot" in person. David Bychkov to this very day lists me as an "officer" on his Clinica website, refuses to remove my name from it after repeated failed attempts. To give you a glimpse of this man's mindset about people in general, especially people who he's ripped off and wants them to "go away".... he writes - and this can be seen in a public forum mind you talking about his Internet Lawyer...... "Venus had to perform open heart surgery on this one. There were all kinds of political ramifications, by-laws issues to be studied. She cut through it all like a knife through butter. What's nice is that when Venus gets involved, people that otherwise instinctively want to annoy, attack or pounce on me really have to think twice. She knows the law and she knows the weakness and fallibility of mankind." Another time he writes: God bless Venus Springs. She is one of very few reasons I am still willing to deal with humanity. and again he writes: Lawsuits can be fun and rewarding if you
have the right ****** provider. Again, if anyone from the SEC thinks I can be of service to them, of if there is any interest in a class action lawsuit (before he transfers EVERYTHING into his wife's name...) - or if I am needed as a witness...... please contact me. He still has my property that he promised in writing to send to me - and has ignored my requests to do so, thus far. |
