Craig Hallman had a 2003 Cadillac for sale on E-Bay. I called and said it was his mothers car and he wanted to but her a new one. One owner and full factory warranty. He stated he had 100 calls on the car but if I sent him $1,000.00 deposit by Western Union he would hold the car. I gave my bank the information on the car. When I got back to my house the bank called and stated 1. the car was from Conn. not Florida. 2. the car was in a major accident in New Jersey. 3. the car had frame damage. 4. the car was sold to the auction house in Florida. 5. Craig Hallman bought this car from the car auction. Auction announced and was posted on car that it had frame damage. 6.Bank does not finance frame damage cars. 7 When I called Craig he stated to me the car fax was wrong and he did not give back deposits. I filed a complaint with Dept. Motor Vehicle in West Palm Beach. He was brought up on 3 charges. I then went thru his Bonding for my money. He had a new Bonding Company due to the old one just paid out $25,000.00 to other E-Bay victims of Craig. If you want to file a complaint on Craig Hallman please call Diane J. Buck, Regional Admin. Division of Motor Vehicle @(561) 640-6820 ext. 305. At the same number you can speak to Chevonne Dames. She will assist you on mailing you complaint forms or you can fill them out online and fax them to her. They have many complaints on Craig Hallman. We need to pull his license and have him on charges in West Palm Beach Courthose. Craig is also on Cars.com, Yahoo cars, Auto Trader on Aol. He use the name Barbara of Boca Raton and has listed 4 Mercedes Benz all with frame damage. I check the Vin#'s when he had them on Ebay. Same phone #561-276-0005 I believe.He's nothing but a lier and a scam who's worth MILLIONS but he's a sick PUPPY!!!!!!!!!!

| The Jackass posting this is a low life. He was never a customer of ours!!! 28 years in the automobile business and over 100, 000 deals. This guy was asked not to call our dealership and not to email our dealership. He has no money to buy a car and no credit. He lives in a trailer home park in Florida and bids on $80, 000 Mercedes that we have listed on ebay. He has been turned down by every bank. We had to file TWO police report on this person. We also got him kicked of ebay for life for bidding on our cars and not buying after being the winner. This guy is a true low life. He has no job and gets free food stamps so i think you can get the idea of this person. We did a back round check on this guy and yes he was a Marine for a short time before they kicked him out/ reason unknown Every bad posting we have all came from this same person with in the last 12 months. He should put the effete in trying to get a job instead of our tax money having to pay for trash like him... |
