DO NOT BUY FROM EVENINGDRESS100!!!
Worse online shopping experience EVER! First of all, the pictures used on their website are not from their own dresses, they are stolen from other websites/designer brands. I did not realize this until after ordering my dress. The dress I chose looked beautiful in the picture, and had it custom made to my exact measurements. It arrived pretty quickly, however it looked NOTHING like the picture: the material was completely different than the one pictured, which changed the style and look of the dress completely. Most importantly it was made way too small!! It did not even pass my hips, when I had ordered it custom made.
When I contacted customer service, they asked that I send them PICTURES of myself in the dress because they did not believe that it didn't fit. Even though this is totally unethical, I did it. I sent them a picture of myself which clearly showed that the dress did not fit. I also sent them pictures of my measurements (me holding the measuring tape around my waist/hips). When I finally got a response, the customer service rep said that the factory had not done any mistake, because they "double checked" and that I had measured myself wrong! And that they apologize but could not refund my dress.

I have purchased from other Chinese online stores and never had a bad experience. If I had to return an item, there were no questions asked. With this store, not even after showing them picture proof are they willing to give me my money back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
