| April 3, 2011 I placed an online order with Eurofood Mart.com [ not to be mistaken with Eoro Food Mart .net in Parma, OH] in Winooski, Vt. for some German Food Products. My order was acknowledged immediately thru an email and the money was debited from my account that same day. I have never received the products [ order #8036] and all attempts by email have been fruitless. I called the number listed on the website 1-888-644-3876 daily received an automated message and left my message with my phone number requesting a return call. No calls returned. I attempted to check my order status on the website using their criteria. After typing the required information a message popped up stating, "No Order Found." I then entered my Log In information to try another avenue, typed in required information and another message popped up stating, Information Incorrect / Invalid. When I finally sent a scathing email to I received a brief email stating, " We are busy moving. Order shipped April 8. Should receive Tuesday, April 12. NO TRACKING NUMBER or CARRIER noted. I have NEVER received my products nor gotten a refund. I have called FedEx, UPS, USPS giving my Name- Address- Zip and have been told there is nothing in any systems shipped for me. Since this happened I have checked Google and found REVIEWS for Eurofood Mart.com in Winooski, VT. that are horrible written by others that have been ripped off also. One person received their expired chocolate order with worms in it. How do you go about shutting down an operation like this? CALL the nimber listed and listen to the voice of the person giving the outgoing message. Sounds like it is coming from another country, not here in USA. |

I personaly love this store! They have been very very busy moving to their new store which might explain some things. Their store that was in Winooski doesn't even compare to how wonderful the new store in Colchester is. It is right across the Costco entrance if you want to check it out.
All of those bad reviews, I think aren't true. Worms in chocolate, seriously? It doesn't make any sence if a smart person would to think about it. And when you call and listen to the voice it sounds like a person coming from a different country because it is called moving! That is the owner and he is from Europe so that explains his accent. He currently lives in Vermont. Maybe you should try to think of the possibilities why they might have an accent before leaving a nasty comment.
That store is AMAZING. If you don't want to order then go to the store. There is a great selection of meats, cheeses, cooking supplies, chocolates, candies, coffee, and teas. Everything is imported from Europe. There are homemade breads and pies made every day. There are loaves of bread, circular breads (lepinas), breadsticks (kiflas). There are meat pies, spinach pies, cheese pies, and if specially asked, potatoe pies. They also sell their breads to Healthy LIving in South Burlington, City Market in Burlington, and Shelburne Meat Mart in Shelbure. As apart of their new location they expanded the store. There is a deli where you can have a selection of different sandwiches. They use their homemade bread as well as different bread. On the weekdays (Mon.-Fri.) there is a hot food bar. With a different meal everyday as well as a different soup everyday. Right next to the deli there is a self serve coffee area. The coffee is Vermont Organic Coffee and comes in a selection of different flavors. Across from that you can also purchase the coffee to take home. There is also salads made everyday that can be located in the fridge next to the coffee. There is also an selection of different types of salads. There are also homemade cakes which can be found next to the soup. The cakes are European cakes which taste very good. There is also baklava. My favorite part of the store is the wall of candies. There are SOOO many different types of candies on that wall and I love it!! My favorite is the original Haribo!
This store really does give you a taste of europe! Which is the name of the store. This is deffinetly NOT a scam so don't listen to any other comments. I have ordered myself and my package got here quick and no worms in my chocolate! If you think its risky to order (it isn't) you should come to the store. If you dont live close, you should plan a trip to Vermont. You will enjoy the beautiful Vermont sites and "A Taste of Europe"

| Eurofood mart in VT is a total scam. They steal your money. I don't understand how the police has not closed this tore down. Do not order anything from them unless you want to be mad as hell for month and finally give up in dispair |

| I PLACED AN ORDER ON MARCH 27, 2011 AND AS OF TODAY, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. I HAVE GOTTON THE SAME RUN-AROUND AS USER 661076. THEY TOLD ME THEY SHIPPED BUT GAVE ME NO TRACKING NUMBER. IT IS NOW 4 MONTHS LATER AND MY $150 ORDER HAS NEVER BEEN RECEIVED. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP-OFF. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE STATE OF VERMONT HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING TO THEM YET! |

I have never received the products [order #7397] nor gotten a refund. I called the number listed on the website daily received an automated message and left my message with my phone number requesting a return call. No calls returned, no e-mails replyed! Be aware!!! |

| i placed an order too. 6 weeks later still no food. I called them/emailed them w/o any response. One email was answered w/o any assistance. I called my credit card company and had them cancel the charge as fraudulent. That store should be shut down and the guy running it prosecuted. |
