ETECH Appraisal Management Solutions is an evil company with even more pathetic excuses for woman working there for a thief who's wife is probably as ugly as he is,which by the way Brandon,isn't our fault! I started my appraisal company less than 6 months ago and have been completely knocked off my feet due to these people taking advantage of my trustworthy and kind ways(although I'm obviously done treating these folks like human beings-because they're nothing short of scum) I performed 6 appraisals that were between 3 to 4&1/2 hours away from my office for Etech. After I didn't receive any of the payments for the 1st few appraisals I had turned in, I was told by Rene Carrick that I would have to complete a few more appraisals for her if I wanted to get paid for any of them! Because my back was to the wall(dammed if I did&dammed f I didn't) I took her word on getting paid after she swore to God she wouldn't "screw me". Little did I know, God is as far away from this woman's life as any pair of jeans under a size 18 have ever been to her waist. I have been in contact with over 37 other appraisers who are in the same boat as I am with Etech and not being paid. They are scamming whoever they can get their claws into and pocketing the appraisal fee's that home owners are paying for! That being said, us appraisers are not the only one's Etech is ripping off, the home owners who have paid hundreds of dollars to Etech for the appraisals needed in order to close their loans are not able to do so because the appraisals cannot be released until Etech pays what they owe! Someone needs to stop this company as well as lock these employees up for the theft they're getting away with.
