| About 48 hours ago, I placed an add on Craig's list for an unfurnished apartement for rent. I received an e-mail from Raymond lord signed Estefania Raymond asking about the availability. I responded with yes. Today I received an e-mail from that personm indicating that "she " was born from Spain and taht she is interested in being a room mate as she is transfered here for "work" reasons and asked me to call "her" and be sure I dial the exact number she gave me. I am familiar with the international area code 44 which is the UK. The e-mail was unusual and slightly flirtatious. I did respoind to the e-mail by bringing that person's attention again abou tthe location and the nature of the add. That person has now my first name as well as my e-mail address. After I mailed it I wondered initially whether this is a scam and that I might be charged by calling that number. I quickly did an internet search with the name provided; Estefania A. Raymond only to read on your web site the exact e-mail I have received word by word . This encouraged me to report the continuous suspicious and as reported illegal activity of that person. I hope that person can be stopped. Here is a copy of the e-mail I have received. Raymond and i'm single 27yrs old ,I was born in Spain,I don't smoke i don't drink.i'm easy going person and i make people around smile .I want to move in to the room in the next two weeks that is why i'm trying to speed everything up.I'm already doing my final project i have just been transfer from work to your location and i will be much more than happy if you can rent out the room to me ,Please let me know little about you , Estefania A. Okay everything sound good ,I really appreciate knowing lil about you with the descriptions you gave me,I'm Humanitarian Doctor and I need to secure this room for myself before i arrive in two weeks time as I'll be moving in with my luggage.I must confess to you that you will enjoy my stay in your home,I am a chemist by profession and i am currently working with Southern General Hospital 1345 Govan Road,Glasgow G51 4TF.I'm single .I will stay in the house for one year and during my stay i will be working with the General hospital for HIV/AID prevalence rate in the state which is a private research work....It will be a great pleasure seeing you soon.Really i am interesting person to live with, i will also attach my picture in the next email so that you have an idea of who you want to stay with and what i really look like,Do you have a parking space and will i have to pay for it?
