Sales representative, Erik Volpert, moves from company to company as a great, outgoing salesman. Salesman befriends coworkers to gain any information about the company and their practices in order to use the information to threaten the company with the IRS, labor board, EEOC, etc. Mr. Volpert leads an alternative lifestyle, so if you attempt to terminate him he will claim that it's due to his lifestyle choice. Mr. Volpert has a history of suing his past employers. (ex. Rick Case Honda - State of Ohio, Chase Financial Services - State of Arizona) Please take note before hiring this individual.

Erik Volpert just happens to be a professional salesman that has taken a stand against corporations that take advantage of said trade.

There are numerous companies out there that deserve to be sued; however to date Erik Volpert has not sued any individual or company.

The person who posted this is obviously void of facts, and as for the "alternative" lifestyle statement, wouldn't hiring a gay person negate that as a reason for termination?

It is so obvious this "employer" is on a slander campaign, if he sues anyone it out to be you.

I have personally worked with Erik and know for a FACT that these facts are untrue.

I worked for one of the above companies and know Erik personally, NON of those things happened, what a shameful person to post such bad things.

Really? Erik Volpert? Best salesman I ever met, I hapen to know he didn't sue anyone and why does this guy care if he's gay, did he get rejected?

So, I was looking up an old friend, he taught me how to sell and trained me at a company not mentioned above, not only am I astonished, but I'm offended, I was involved personally with him at A company I won't mention, they let him go to save 1/2 of a million dollars in his pension, he had them dead to rights, he loved that company so much he didn't have the heart to sue them.

I am so disgusted with the bullshit that is written about him.

He is a stubborn and confident man for sure, but I can't imagine him ever suing anyone if he passed up what I consider an easy MAJOR lawsuit.

So I will wait to hear from him as I have found him online, but whoever the losing person above is, just know if he worked for you, then you are the one that lost.
