Enterprise Rent A Car false damage claim Kenner, Louisiana

I would like to state that I have used Enterprise before and have never encountered any problems. Perhaps that is why I didn't question them when we did a quick walk around of a rental car that we had for the weekend. I did notice something unusual though. The car was not pulled out, when they did a walk around. The cars were tightly packed, with one car right behind our rental car. I remember that it was hard to get anything in the back trunk because they were parked right next to eachother. Anyways, we drove the car to our hotel and basically parked it for the weekend. When we returned the car, they found a small dent on the back bumper, below the trunk. It would have been impossible to see this dent in the walk around, due to the way the cars were parked. We were whisked into an office where a manager (?)quickly filed a report. The man was extremely rude. He did not look in our eyes at all and was very defensive even when we were just asking questions. We asked an estimate on costs. And he said he couldn't possibly know. Which is strange, because wouldn't you have had an incident like this before, running a rental car company and all? The worst thing is, with all this chaos, I was running late for my flight, so I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the dent. But I can guarantee that we did not hit anything and had no damages while the car was in our possession. It was a terrible way to end a trip and we feel truly scammed.
