Please watch out for inconsistencies between verbal and written. Ensure that you read every inch of the contract that they have you sign and you understand all of the consequences...accept nothing verbal. I asked a question about liability, was told that the Insurance company would cover it once it was transferred to them and the clerk circled all the areas where I was to sign...and I did. Now that I have returned the rental, the insurance company only covered a portion of the fees which is very unlike what I was told verbally. I am very displeased and this feels very dishonest, especially when I asked a number of times to clarify what would be covered and what wouldn't to ensure that I didn't have to come out of pocket for anything. To explain the circumstances, someone hit my car and I needed to get a rental to get to work, so I went to Enterprise and explained everything. The "at fault" party's insurance company had not yet accepted responsibility so I had to put the rental on my insurance until that happened. Since this was the case, I intentionally kept asking the clerk what was allowed and what would be covered because I didn't want to be out of pocket for anything and he told me that everything would transfer to the other insurance company and the added insurance that he put on the car didn't. I didn't even need it because my credit card and personal insurance would have been sufficient. Just don't let anyone trick you into signing something that is not intended. Their service was good otherwise.
