Enterprise Holdings Enterprise rent-a-car, Alamo, National Asked to pay for existing damage to rental car Fall River, Massachusetts
16th of Oct, 2011 by User832120
I rented a car for two days from Enterprise rent-a-car. Upon the car's return the employee immediately pointed out roof damage to the car.Which by the way, was only noticeable by looking at the car from a specific awkward angle, that he was somehow already aware of. He inspected the vehicle as if he knew exactly what he was looking for and where it was. It was obvious that he knew the damage was there before the car was rented to me. He was a very poor actor. I did not cause this
damage and the employees know this. This is not the first time this company has used this tactic to deceive it's customers. I have uncovered numerous complaints against Enterprise Holdings reporting the same fraudulent practice. This needs to stop. Too many people are being ripped off in this manner.
