Endeavor Telecom SCAM / They dont' Pay Atlanta, Georgia |

Endeavor will send you out to do jobs having you use your own gas and supplies. They tell you that it will take 30 days to get your check and sometimes you do and sometimes you don't. Also if they choose to they think they can withhold your pay for any reason. They like to claim that you haven't done jobs even when you can prove you have been there. They owe me over $2000 and they keep telling me that no one knows for sure whats going on. I have called and emailed and every answer I get is general. Whatever you do don't trust them and don't work for them. |

Dude, as a contractor you're a business not an employee so to be paid every 30 days is pretty good. I'm use to having to wait 45 days with another company I do work for. It's painful but the work is easy and abundant. |

Problem is you might not get paid. The hold times to login/lout of a site and get technical support are very long. They are uncooperative with helping the contractor get paid. They get rude and angry and will make getting paid hell.
Avoid Endeavor. There are other companies out there that treat contractors decent and always honest and pay on time. Not Endeavor.
On a final note, the RIPOFF REPORT website has whitewashed Endeavor, and squashing complaints. Sad but true it looks like Endeavor some how con-vinced or bought them out. Do not trust RIPOFF REPORT anymore they have joined the dark side. |

I signed on with Endeavor (now know as WaitForever) and it's been a miserable experience. I was solicited to perform installs and occasional service on Security/CCTV primarily. I was only looking for something to fill holes in my schedule as a consultant/integrator.
They are ridiculously unorganized, demanding, rude, unprofessional, and ruthless. I've left various voice mails, emails, etc., to get information on invoices, SR details, etc...no one responds.
I have waited as long as an hour and a half to have a support call answered.
I don't use my cell phone for LogOn/LogOff . I use the client phone or wait until I'm in my office. I'll be ending my relationship shortly.
If you're going to contract for them, keep a notebook, and write down every detail of every minute you're on a call. Record the call if possible. |

I have to totally agree with MacPlus. This company treats techs the worst of any company I have worked for. They short payouts to the techs. They blame techs for their miscommunication and poor planning. They charge back to the tech when a customer refuses to pay for their screw ups. Don't work for this company. Eventually you will end up not getting paid and regretting it. |

Thank you MacPlus for verifying my complaint.
I decided against small claims court because of the costs and time. Endeavor's clients such are large corporations. Endeavor's money, backing, and legal power, is intimidating. Endeavor has posted a photo of their attorney and he has an evil sadistic smile. If the court finds for Endeavor then you would have to pay attorney fees. With all their money and lawyers it is intimidating.
Who wants to file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT??? |

Endeavor is terrible, there are so many other ways they could run their operations much smoother. Their "portal" is a joke. Then there's the whole logout thing and not getting paid cause you didn't sit on hold for over a hour to log out. But I'm sure THEY got paid! I have alot more customers and can't just sit on hold to logout when the job is complete. I mean the bottom line should be "the job was done so you get paid" but with Endeavor they try to look for any technicality they can to NOT pay you even when the job was done correctly.
I for one and done with Endeavor, plenty of other good companies out there to work with. |

I was shafted by them as well. They will screw you any way they can. If you work for them, they will call you at all hours of the day and night, but it will take forever to get one of them on the phone. Work for them only if you don't care whether you get paid or not. Think of it as a donation to their CEO. |

Regarding the Class Action Law Suit, I'd be more than happy to get $0 from it as long as some lawyer was willing to make them miserable. |
