Amanda Rodebush solicited custom made children's accessories on Facebook, MySpace & Etsy under the online store name of Emma's Boutique Bows. She is located in Greenwood, Arkansas. On October 11, 2010, in a post on her Emma's Boutique Bow wall she posted pictures of several customized name pillows. I inquired about them and I noticed other people taking an interest as well. I asked her if she could do a particular name and she implied that she could and to Paypal her the payment including shipping to . I did. Within the next week, she posted that she was having personal and family issues and needed to close her Emma's Boutique Bow store on Facebook. She requested everyone that had an open order email her the details so she could keep track of it. I did this. I followed up many, many times. A few times she emailed me back, asking me for my address again and one time she asked me the name for the pillow again. I filed a complaint with Paypal within six weeks. I received an automatic email from Paypal at the beginning of March 2011 that indicated that they cancelled my invoice for this transaction because it had been sitting in limbo for so long. I emailed Amanda once more to let her know that I hadn't forgotten she ripped me off. She claimed that she didn't know what I was referring to and she had reimbursed everyone. I emailed her my Paypal receipt from the transaction back in October 2010. I haven't heard from Amanda. Do not trust this woman! If she opens another online accessory store under a different name on Etsy or Facebook, BEWARE!
