Friday, July 8, 2011 Complaint about Price Tampering UnEthical and Unfair Real Estate Dealings Today, I was shown a property for lease at: 1338 N PALMSPRINGS DR Gilbert, AZ 85234 by my agent who does not want to be involved in this complaint to protect his name. However my agent made 3 calls to the listing agent Elizabeth Mirza: Realtor who hung up on him during his call she refused to take any offers and said she would not entertain any offers to the home owner as she was setting the price. This is OUTRAGIOUS this agent is required by LAW to forward ALL offers to the owners and can not be the negotiator for the owner. Im finding that more and more Arizona Agents are Scammers and lie constantly making false claims to get a sale. These Agents claim they made 4 sales in a month at $1 million per sale yet a day later they tell me they are short selling their very own home. So what is it with these criminally insane liars do they think buyers are just stupid. These agents need to be thrown out by their EARS and FIRED on the spot for price tampering, lying and just out scamming people. Elizabeth Mirza: Realtor
