I have to limit my description of my harrowing, never ending experience with these a holes or I'll stroke out reliving the nightmare, and I think most people covered their typical mode of operation anyway.. They quote you a reasonable time frame to perform move at a reasonable rate. My phone consultation was with Donna. She is very professional and friendly, and I am not easily duped, but she had me convinced hook line and sinker they were an honest and hard working company. My move time ended up being triple what it should have been. I was charged excessive fees for extras. Furniture was broken. Furniture that should have never been disassembled was taken apart for the move (to tack on time it took to move to up their $, as well as provide an excuse for their fat supervisor to sit on his arse unscrewing things while the other two dupes struggled with the fridge or whatever), then arrived with missing pieces and huge projects for me to reassemble (after going to hardware store to replace pieces, if they could be replaced at all). Furniture was broken. Furniture was missing. Insert everything that could go wrong, going wrong. Oh yeah, and they weren't even able to fit everything onto the truck (I didn't have much stuff, a reasonable amount as a single person living in a small two bedroom condo and they brought a truck they said could fit a four bedroom home, i don't know how the heck they packed that thing) so I had stuff left behind that I then needed another truck and $ to coordinate finishing the move for me. Spoke with Donna that night in the pouring rain outside my place amidst the mess, she assured me that I could call the next day to resolve issues. Exit Donna, never to be reached again. Multiple calls. Never there. Mysteriously has 'just' stepped out to lunch each and every time at 9am, 11am, 2pm, 4pm, etc etc. This company is sheer evil. A total con. Don't waste your time calling -- you'd probably experience better results in your life by idly playing with a ouija board and drawing a pentagram in blood, because you will be cursed a thousand times more should you decide to use them as a moving company.
