Elite Brights Teeth Whitening Whitening kit. Do not expect to get what you see on their website. And what you get doesn’t work! Baytown, Internet |

Such a disappointment! First of all, I was waiting for my order for more than 26 days and finally got it after sending a request about its status. Then I find out that it was not what I expected. The kit supposed to come with two trays, one for the top and for the bottom teeth. However, there was only one tray with two sides - for the top and for the bottom and believe me, it was impossible to use for the whitening. The gel itself is not as good as the one used for professional whitening (I’ve done it before, so I can tell the difference), never mind it was a half amount of what they display on pictures. What is more, UV Accelerator Light is just a blue light - it has nothing to do with UV light!!! I was going to post a review on their website; but to my surprise I was not possible! You can only read their reviews obviously the good ones. Do not waste your money. Any drugstore Whitening kit works better.

Elite Brights is a complete scam!! I bought a Groupon for this product and my code did not work. I found no contact information on EB's website except an email form claiming a "12 hour response"on business days. After 2 days of not hearing back I called Groupon. Their customer service did not even have a phone number on file for Elite Brights, only a contact email. I emailed this person as well as emailing from the website a second time. Again, no response. In one place on the website they mention a toll free number, but I combed the entire website several times and sure enough, no phone number. If you look closely at the website it is chock full of misspellings and grammatical errors. There are several 4 and 5-star "reviews" posted in their reviews section, but there is no option to write a review! Tell me, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? It is clear that they post fake reviews for their product on their website as well as others. If you look around in the web there are real reviews from people who managed to receive the product saying it took a long time and they had to fight with customer service because it didn't arrive for weeks. Those who got it said the product was obviously very cheap. Luckily Groupon customer service was very helpful and refunded my money at my request. |

You can buy exactly the same thing on Ebay for $5.95. Rip off! |

I made the mistake of ordering this and complained to Groupon. They defended this product and did not give me a refund. It is absolute cheap crap advertised as being regularly worth $299.00.
Stay away for teeth whitening products. |

this product does suck, im so upset. impossible to use. the gell that i got said "one time use" and all gel came out at once! so it did not stay in the mouth guard cuz there was way too much. and it was really hard to use the mouth guard andddd the light at the same time! hated this. complete waste of money. |

This is a SCAM! I ordered and paid for my kit three months ago and have yet to receive it. The claim was that I would have it within a week. At the beginning, there was a phone number on their website but then they took it off and you can only reach them via email. They claim that they put a trace on it, since they mailed it already, but of course they haven't. They asked for an alternate address two months ago, and I have yet to receive the package at that new address. There is complete silence from their customer service at this point and of course I probably have to kiss goodbye the purchase amount, It's an irresponsible, illegitimate company, apparently out of Canada but who knows. Don't fall for it. Assiyehl |

Elite Brights teeth whitening kit. I did not order because of what I read here. I wanted to point out that on their "contact us" web page all the test is about TOYS - returning, ordering, buying toys - with small parts and which may need assistance from adults, etc. I can see that this company is questionable - they can't even be bothered to make the website look like it's run by educated business people. Hard to believe they've been doing this Groupon thing for so many months... |

I, too, bought this product with a Groupon and tried to use it without success. There's no way you can put the trays in and then hold the "laser" (yeah, right) gadget between your teeth. The tray handles are in the way. What a ripoff. I truly wish I would have researched this product before buying, like I usually do. But I trusted Groupon and therefore missed out on finding out the truth that would have saved me some money. Now I'll try to get my $$ back: I know: good luck to me ! |
