| Elaine Morton has several lawsuits against her including judgments totaling in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Elaine is a liar and greatly misrepresents her technology. There are two additional patent holders on her technology and she has no idea of how to manufacturer the tools. Her CADS cannot be used as they are not her property. Elaine has a long history of lawsuits dating back nearly 25 years. She is a consummate scam artist whom we believe suffers from severe mental illness and anger management issues. This woman is a cancer that tries to infect what it touches. Stay away from her and don't be fooled by her smooth talking. Summary: Elaine Morton misrepresents her position and the technology she has a patent interest in. Sends someone that cannot even spell his name. His Ethics and Integrity is apparent with all the posts. Unfortunately he has taken advantage of the lack of regulation on the Internet and web. Charges for Patent holders from toothbrushes to houses on his website. He has absolutely no past data or records of success except from his narcisstic personality. Never had an OFFICE. | I just had an experience with Elaine or how she called herself Elaina Morton. She called me from seeing my item on craigslist. My expensive item I might add. She called and left a message. I call her back and she didn't know who the hell I was or why I was calling. After a ton of energy and explaining exactly what my item was in every detail imaginable she asks me my name and my phone #. Its like didn't she call me first?! She should know what my item is and my number. She asked me what I would take for my table without the chairs. I told her my price. She told me she would get back to me after she spoke with her husband either way a yes or no. I remembered the next day I had listed my item listed for the same as I told her without the chairs so I called her back to tell her I would take $100 less. BOY was she pissed off. Senile, crazy old bat from insane bipolar hell. She was like, "Who are you?! I don't want you calling me, I bought something else already! " and hung up on me. Like seriously who treats people like that? She was the one interested and called me first. I was doing her the favor by realizing my price mistake I thought she would be happy it was $100 less. Nope didn't even have the decency not to hang up on me. This woman I agree is mentally disturbed and a bitch too. I agree she has to be a scammer. I hope this bitch dies. To think she scammed people out of all that money from her oil patent scam. Oh she lives in phoenix az and this is her #.602-263-8046 |
