I had an account with this company to deliver milk and farm products to my home. I had numerous problems with this company, delivering my order to the wrong house, never having everything I ordered because of it being out of stock and changing of delivery dates without notifying me that they would not be coming. My last delivery was on September 9, 2010. The owner delivered it, Awais Ahmad, and he let me know that my coffee that I had ordered was not in stock. I was fine with that. Later that day when they emailed me my receipt they had charged me the $12.50. I called the office, which by the way they never answer the phone, and left a voice message for them to call me about the charge. Nobody called me back. So I emailed them and then Monika from the office contacted me. She said they already put thru the credit and would give me the conformation number if I wanted. I emailed her back for the number and never heard from her again. Called my bank who informed me that it could take up to 30 days. So I have waited over 2 months before contacting my bank again. As of today November 18, 2010 my bank has no record of any refund. So I had to file charges with my bank and also with the BBB. This company is a joke. I never had such problems with any company like this. The girl that works in the office is an idiot. I would not recommend this service to anyone. It starts out good, but goes downhill fast after that. Not only did they change my delivery date without telling me but delivered that order on a different day at 12 am in the morning. Had my neighbor down the street realized that this was my milk I wouldn't have gotten it and probably would have been charged for it. Apparently they also did this to another customer per their facebook page which by the way they have deleted those comments including mine for this nightmare. Stay away from this company.
