I bought a car form eezycredit in clifton park. On the way home with the car the check engine light came on. We brought the car back the same day and they said it was something with the battery and reset the engine light. Within 24 hours the light came back on. We brought the car to have our own inspection done. There was a whole list of things wrong including a cracked rear axle. We were told by the dealership that the car should not of even passed inspection. So we went back to eezy credit and they did fix a few things. We were there every day for three weeks. We only had a 30 day warranty. After 3 weeks the general manager called us into his office and said at this point he would be better off giving us our money back and our old car and fix and sell the new one for more money. When I told him that he sold our old car allready he stated that he would no longer fix any of the problems with our new car. He said we would have to get all the parts and they would do the labor, and at this point the check engine has been on for 6 weeks. So I asked for the owners number Igor. He just gave me a run arround and said I have to remeber that it is a used car. Nothing else was fixed. He came right out and told me that if I was unhappy to turn him in. That it would not be the first time. I turned eezycredit into the attorney general. They sent a copy of the complait to eezycredit. They sent back a response form saying that they did fix a few things with a set of receipts. I looked up the part numbers on the receipts and four parts did not even go to our car. THey were never put in. So they lied to the attorney generals office. So we are still driving a car that has the engine light on,and won't pass inspection, and needs a couple thousands dollars worth of work. So we have to get another new car. The car that we used for trade was a gray 2000 ponitac grand prix. There were alot of problems with it,and I know the sold it within a week. So there is no way they fixed all the problems. For those of you who are looking for them because the eezycredit in clifton park closed. THey do own other dealerships including one in mechenchville ny. EEZYCREDIT is a punch of ripp off artists and I would never recoomend them to anyone!!!

I also bought a car from them recently. I called "Dan the man" (who sold me the car) multiple times about the A/C not working, and he kept saying that they would fix it but he had to talk to the owner first. After calling every day 2-3 times per day for a week, another BIG problem, the check engine light went on and the muffler was leaking and burning coolant. the whole car started smoking so i couldnt drive it and they were supposed to tow it. so again after calling them pretty much non stop for 3 days and getting the runaround about their tow truck being broke, and then working again, and then the tow truck driver forgot about it, i just used my AAA to have it towed to gloversville to their shop. so i called every day for over a week to check on it. First Alex (who said he was the owner of the company) said they were putting in a new engine so it would take a couple days. Called a couple days later, they said they put a new starter in and were going to fix the engine that was in it instead of replacing it. So 9 days later its finally ready, and i call Alex to make sure they also fixed the A/C. he says NO it is NOT covered under the warranty. so i look at the 6 month warranty that they gave me and it clearly stated that it is covered. He tells me he will fix it at a low cost, so just wanting my car to work i tell him to go ahead and do it. 8 hours later he calls and says hes not fixing it because he doesnt have the right part. Then tells me i can go pick up my car in latham at Open Road Auto, where i bought the car from. I open the door and there is dirt and grease all over the floor, door handle and steering wheel. I ask him if he can write up a receipt of what he fixed and he says no because i didnt pay for anything. so as im driving home the gas light comes on, which i had just filled it right before they had it, and there is almost 200 more miles on the odometer. Also it needs new back rotors because they are warped. So they had to have been driving it around for a while! This company is run by a bunch of scam artists who just want to make a quick buck and be done with you. They need to be put out of business.
