Cheating, fraud and stupid Customer Service |

I made a reservation for a multi-destination trip for the flights operated by Lufthansa, because I found that the price shown in Edream website is much cheaper compared to that in Lufthansa main website.
Then I received 2 emails from 2 different agents saying I need to provide them the copy of my passport and credit card (back & front), I woudn't want to spread my personal info too much, hence I only provided it to one of the agent.
She didn't work anything on it, until 1 weerk later I found out my flight had been cancelled. And they didn't even send me any emails informing such a news. I demanded a proper explanation, and one from the Customer Service just answered that the cancellation was made due to lack of supporting documents, and they blamed me on not replying to the second agent (which I didn't provide the info) only.
I checked my bank account, the money haven't refunded yet, so I called their Customer Service again, the same stupidity and silliness came over and over again just in form of another agents I'd dialled, "That is, your flight was cancelled, can I help you with something else ?". Seriously, I mean, is it help ? Telling me the thing that I'd already known and insist on something that was not.
Edreams team, if you can reach this, work on the case. My booking ref. is 5G6A6R, the reservation was made in May 6th and now it's the beginning of June 2012 already. Personally I feel sorry for all of the people who are working for that boring, indiscipline, dumb and untrustworthy organization right now, especially who are on the phone services, I was too furious reasoning with one of the agent, but she remains stable and calm, and her voice sounded irresponsibly and neglectfully as it was from the beginning, then I realized she had already had experiences on hearing such a complaint like this.

I have been ifnormed by customer services deprtment that you received response on the 4th of June, and you decided to cancel the booking as the airfare went up.
Unfortunately we cannot garanteed the airfares prices until full payment has ben completed, airfares change everyday.
Your bank had the amount reatined but should be cleared by now, eDreams attempetd to charge your Credit card but the process was never completed, this is why we needed to receive id proof.
