ECM Outlet Did not rebuild my ECM, cashed the check, lied to me about sending it, and has avoided my phone calls. Detroit, Michigan

I found the website online, and put in the information to get a price to get my ECM, for my Nissan Maxima fixed. Jeff quickly sent me an email telling me to call and he would help me. I proceeded to call, and he seemed very knowledgable He told me that the cost to fix my ECM would be $415. I then asked him questions pertaining to fixing the idol sensor which he gave me some good answers to. I decided he sounded educated and decided to trust him. He told me to send the part, along with the check and my phone number, so he could have it on file. I mailed the ECM out on Monday June 15, 2011, I then called him on the Wednesday 22nd of June to assue it had arrived. He told me it had gotten there on Monday June 20, 2011, and said that he had five to fix in front of mine, but he should have it done by Friday June 24, 2011. I called him on June 29, 2011 to see if it had left the shop, he told me he mailed it on Monday June 27, 2011. I had not recieved it by July 5, 2011, so I called and no one was in the office and I assumed they had a four day weekend; so I called them on Wednesday July 6, 2011, and the girls who answered the phone sent me to him, it went to voicemail, I left a message. I have proceed to call all week and have left several messages to no avail. I just want either the finish product that I have paid for, or a money order and my original part back.
