Sorry for the long posts,
apparently it seems that not even a handful
of customer service reps at Ebay know of the telephone banning
out of the 30 or more reps we talaked to only 2 were
aware of it, but all the supervisors knew
and this banning has been in the phone systems for years
and only 2 call agents were aware out of hundreds of call agents
this information has changed, spoke to a customer service representative

we spoke to a customer service rep approx 12:15am sunday may 20 2012
and he told us that the banning of customers calling in something that
Ebay provides in traning and that if asked they are to deny any knowledge
abd that this is an inside company secret,when a person accout is banned
his account phone number is blocked from calling through and he will hear
the message "Ebay customer service is closed" when in fact it is actually
still open. If the cusotmer uses another phone number and puts in a fake
account phone number he can get thorugh, but when he gives his account id
he is told that cusotmer service cannot give him assistance, nor make
any documemntation nor pass him to a supervisor, also when a banned account
is opened an alert is then flashed on the call reps screen telling the call rep
to hang up immediately , Hanni May 18 201pm told us about the flashing alert
and said "sorry need to disconnect this call", and this has happened numerous
times with diffrent call reps, May 20 10pm after 3-4 days
1-we had a female call agent tell us "you are " and before she could say banned,
the phone line was cut off and went dead,
2-another time same thing happened regfarding our banned
account the femal call rep said "there was already a discussion planned"
and the phone line was cut off and went dead
3-when to talking to Mary in Trust and Safety we were giving her vital information
to prove KIJIJI Winnipeg tampering with emails and servers, we gave Mary
the activation time of an ad that was deleted immediately which is illegal and
when we were just about to give Mary the ad tarcker number of deletion we were cut
off and the phone line again went dead, Mary never called us back , we called Mary
1209pm , Ebay was open till 1am that day, Mary never called back up to today
whern we asked another supervisor she said it only takes 5 minutes to call back
a person Mary in Trust and Safety is also a supervisor

May 17 Jay Thompson leaves us a message after promising to delete all our 9
Kijiji Winnipeg banned accounts from 213-629-4831 saying he cannot help us
and Kijiji said it was in the best interest to no longer do business
this is completely opposite from what he promised to do from phone number
213-629-4831 when we called back it is not no Ebay office and we get the message
"this number is no longer in service to reach a similar number press or say"
therefore jay Thompson is covering his tracks knowing that we cant get a record
of his phone call, especially the one he told us that he will unbann all 9
Kijiji Winnipeg accounts, question is why didnt Jay Thompson call from his office
telephone and what is he hiding

this to us says it is a conspiracy and somehting Ebay is hiding from the public
when a banned person calls in the message says "the office is closed"
also we noticed that Ebay is starting to make improvements in the banning system
on the calls in, now we are hearing a new message asking for the zip code
which was not there before
when an Ebay account is banned, call agents are not allowed to talk to the customer
nor let them speak to a supervisor or transfer them to a supervisor, and also they
get a flashing alert on their screen to hang up right away, it took us 4 days to get
a supervisor "lynn" may 20 10pm sjhe said "i cant talk to you and hung up"
Ebay supervisors have told that us Ebay head office will step in and intervene
when an affilaite like Kijiji scams people, and Jay Thompson told us when he called
that he will unabnn our 9 accounts, next thing we know he leaves us a message saying
he cant help and that Kijiji wants us not to advertise with them, completely opposite
from what he said on the phone, then Jay Thompson banns our Ebay account of 2 years
so we cant call in to cusomter support all this behind our back without telling us
Paul Jay thompson and Kijiji is hiding something, and we ask you p[lease to help us
bring this out so the public can see the injustice that is happening here

very poor customer service - corruption at kijiji and Ebay’s "trust and safety"

Dear Mr. John Donahoe

Can you please help us, it seems that KIJIJI Winnipeg is not the only department , company or affiliate that is
corrupt with in Ebay, and it is sad to see this within such a big organization. Today we dealt with one of your customer
service reps named Josh, who was laughing on the phone at us at our being scammed by KIJIJI, when was to his
supervisor MIke , Mike the supervisor refused to help us, he told us write to KIJIJi even after we tried to explain
that they didnt reply to our emails.
Hanessa the supervisor also didnt help us, he made us go to Ebay classifieds, this is not for Kijiji complaintys
Hanessa didnt want to do his job and report our complaint and add to the investigation, same with Mike,
why are these people supervisors not helping people refusing to do their jobs, along with Josh laughing in
customers when cusotmers are grieving and very upset from being screwed around form Kijiji an Ebay owned
company, this is not customer service Mr. John Donahoe
This gets even better, "trust and safety", sounds like something out of "robocop", robocops these people certainly
are not. Lets start with Mary, today we were transferred to "trust and safety", I told the call how useless this department
is after dealing with "hit man Carl", because that is what he sounds like a crooked mafia tough guy hitman
As for Mary we were explaining our grievance with Kijiji, we were telling Mary how Kijiji was deleting our ads without
even verifying them or having them looked at, we had 2 ads deleted at the same time, we gave her the time of the first ad
and ticket number and before we could give her the 2nd number she disconnected the phone on us, and has not called back
in the 13 reaming hours that Ebay was open all day yesterday
This definitely shows us that Mary hung up the phone on purpose rather than doing her job, all customer service reps
including supervisors must call back all disconnected calls, and must say to the customer "what is your phone number in case
we are disconnected", not one call agent has said this and we spoke to over 20 of them, and not one of the supervisors has
ever said this either and we spoke to over 10 of them, it is no coincidence that Mary didnt ask for our number either.
"trust and safety" is a joke from what we seen form Carl and Mary,this department is a waste of Ebay money and should be
shut down and Carl and Mary Fired . Mary should have called us back within 2-3 minutes asap, calling back the customer
service rep to get our phone number, it wont be hard to get our info after talking to over 20 customer service reps,
all the Ebay supervisors and customer service agents all know by now how Kijiji is jerking us around and stealing our money
How can Marry in "trust and service" hang up on people in the middle of a complaint, are your managers and supervisors
so well over paid that they feel they dont have to work, are they so confident and feel that their jobs are so secure they can
hang up on complaints and customers, do they feel that they are "god" and no one can touch them and that they have no one
to answer to.
Lets not forget "hit man Carl", who refused to help us and was so rude to us and arrogant on the phone, who is never wrong
and not even pleasant on the phone or understanding, Mary nor Carl did ever say sorry to us for our problems with Kijji
I owned a business for 5 years and we always say "i am sorry to hear that"
Mr. John Donahoe all your customer service agents each and every single one has said sorry to us and showed concern
except "josh the laughing hyena", if your customer service agents can say sorry why cant "trust and safety", this is call
center protocol and is given in training and is required rebuttal of all complaints .
"Carl the hitman", in all my life dealing with businesses, never ever have I ever come across a more arrogant, uncaring
excuse my french a s.o.b.and a a.s.s.h.o.le. , and those are the nicest words Mr.John Donahoe that I can find to describe
this miserable piece of turd. Never ever was i made to feel so small and humiliated trying to grieve a concern and complaint
"Carl the hitman" would never make it as a fiuneral director, I can just picture it now poor grieving families calling in and
Carl not even showing the slightest bit of remorse, and Carl replying "the stiff will be ready for viewing on Sunday"
We were so upset with Carl I wish i was able to put my hand through the telephone grab his skrawny little pencil neck
and shake some common sense into him, its unfortunate that this option is not available
"push 8 if you want to put your hand through the phone grab the call agent's neck and shake some common sense into him or her"
Carl got us so upset telling us about Kijiji policies , which Kijiji was not even following and breaking their own policies
by not giving us the trouble ticket # email for the $7.99 deleted paid ad, therefore making us call mastercard to open up an
criminal investigation, it is against the law to with hold information on a paid transaction, Kijiji didnot send us the email
with the paid ad that was removed tracking number, in fact they banned our account so mwe could'nt get in touch with them
thye have given us 6 other past tracking numbers for deleted paid ads, but this last one they didnot, we even tried opening
another account [email protected] to enquire on our money from your_client_is_here and again we were banned
Let us finish up with Carl, he got us so upset, we asked him how he would like it if we posted him on our post on our
Kijiji job ad along with our warning for Kijiji to back off and leave us alone that Carl at "trust and safety" was crooked like
Kijiji, his reply was "go ahead", he actually gave us verbal permission to post on Kijiji Winnipeg that Ebay "trust and safety"
was being run a by a crooked manager, is this the reply of a "trust and safety"manager.
Mr. John Donahoe, what if I was to have accepted his offer and posted his comment in our warning letter across Kijiji Canada
in every major city under the busiest categories, like construction which has over 6,000 listings in the major largest cities
like Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, Calgary etc., what would have been the repercussion to Ebay sales across
Canada, and legally we would be in the right since Carl gave his verbal permission.
Mr John Dobnahoe but I am an honest person, looking to resolve this issue the right and proper way, I dont have to be here
asking for help, I could be posting Carl's comment across Kijiji throughout Canada, but I am not like Carl or Mary
Kijiji has been violating and breaking their own site policies, removing post s and ads before they can be checked and verified
removing and banning ads for no good reason, removing ads from the account after a few hours rather than posting them on the job
board, not allowing us to post an ad, removing the ad after we clik post and the ad not going into our account
Kijiji is refusing us to post our warning letter to warn people how we got robbed 7 times for $7.99 and to warn people that Kijiji
is under investigation from Ebay, this is not slander and is all true facts, Kijiji is scared and afraid of people will see the truth and
is why they are stalking us and stalking is against the law, they have tracked our ip for our modem and laptop and banning all our ads
and accounts and ads, and any ads that look similar to our past ads
Mr. John Donahoe in closing we are asking protection from Kijiji we ask for all our accounts be re instated with full protection
with no banning of our ads, taking down any paid ads under no circumstances without first contacting us by email and by phone,
if they can take our money they can talk to us on the phone.

we tired the govt job bank was 1 reply a month, paid another site Manitoba x had to get our money back after 3 weeks no reply
newspapers are very costly and not as effective
this may cause the business to go bankrupt soon, if no help is given
Kijiji is breaking their own site policies by stalking us, harassing us and banning accounts and deleting job ads for no reason
kijijhi is breaking site policies by not deleting ads without verifing them from our account, these ads stay in our account for a few hours
then are deleted and not even posted, then kijiji was deleting the ads simulatanously ads was added to the accounted and deleted
with the same minute created 847pm and removed 847pm on numerous ads and numerous accounts we tried to open,
from there it got even worse ads were beeing deleted as soon as we hit the post button and not even going into the accunt
kijji has been banning many accounts after banning [email protected]
the same account that Kent from Winnipeg Kijiji sent us a letter of apology for deleting our paid top ad of $7.99
refunded our mastercard removed the bann and removed all protection, only to be banned the next day and again our top
ad removed $7.99, this Kent Kijiji didnt send the ticket # like they did the other previous six times they deleted our top
ad for no good reason and banned our accounts.
We understand that all emails to Mr. John Donahoe are filtered, and we wish that the CEO of Ebay may have the opportunity
to personally read our concern and grievances and see to it that the appropriate actions may be taken to the guilty parties
such as Kijiji, Carl and Mary from "trust and safety" , Hanessa and Mike the supervisors and "josh the laugjing hyena"
the customer service agent who thinks its funny for customers to be screwed over, and Kent from Kijiji Winnipeg
who is the biggest liar and crook at KIJIJI..

From our previous letter we explained Hanessa the supervisor refusing to help us
and sending us to classifieds, telling us that this is where i will get help
being too lazy to do his job and add to the investigation like the other 8
supervisors before him has all done
Now it seems we have Neil in classifieds too lazy to do his job, and escalate or re direct
our letter tot eh right department for this complaint, how can he be so stupid to ask
us to contact Kijji, after reading this letter or if he even did read the letter
because if he did, he would have said that he will escalate this letter to the right

Hanessa the supervisor brought me here, too lazy to job his job and ad comments to the
investigation, as for KIJI they are refusing to reply to any email in the past 2 weeks
Neil we will have no choice to report you for not doing your job if you do not escalade

very serious mattter involving breaking of site policies stealing money from our account,

Why Is Jay from Ebay corporate office hiding Kijiji Winnipeg Illegal Activities

This is the question we are all asking, after Jay wimping out to do his job

Jay is not honest enough to do what he has promised us and that was to remove
all nine banned accounts and look inot the illegal stealing of money by removing
paid ads with no email notification or an email notification with the wrong category
and no email link to dispute the ad, all illegal tampering of email
We have contacted Masterrcard card services and informed Mastercard of Kijiji Winnipeg
removing paid ads after verification, and Robert the supervisor has told us thta KIJIJi
will be flagged as a scam company,
Jay knows and has read all our documentation and taped phone conversations and eenough proof
and evidence was given beyond the shadow of a doubt that employees at KIJIJI Winnipeg have been
tampering with the servers to delete emails and paid ads for no justified reason.
Jay has left us his response which was that KIJIJI is a separate affiliate and KIJIJ don't want us
on their site and thet we are banned even after they have taken $7.99 from us on 2 separate accounts,
Kijiji is scamming people, even Ebay customer representatives and supervors have told us that this is not
normal server activity and that this is illegal human tampering, also KIJIJI supervisors and cusotmer
service agents have tols us that EBAY head office has the power to step in if any affiliate company
it owns runs rogue and starts scamming people and conducting illegal activity such as tampering with
emails and paid ads, therefore there is a conspiracy at Ebay for Jay has ended the investigation
and has told all supervisors under him not to escalate our complaint so that Jay's supervisors or
corporate head office will see that jay is crooked and trying to hide KIJIJI scsamming people.
We would like to add that after Jay spoek to Kijiji Winnipeg that Kijiji did something unusual
they wouldnt let the ad in the account go on the job nak for 6 hours where as it only took 45 minutes
to 1 1/2 houtr max for all other ads under 9 diffrent accounts , and this happened again on another
