eastside untimate BP station authorization fee can fill 32 gallon tank Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Her's a new twist on the already burdened consumer. My BP station, locally owned and one whom I have used for years has changed yet another aspect of the pay at the pump itineary. I went to the station to fill my tank, came home and sat down to balance my checking account. BP took a $100.00 authorization fee out of my checking account. Up until now the fee has always been $1.00 I phoned the station and they had no manager on the lot, I asked for the district and was given a number in Rippon, Wi. They told me it was the fault of my bank but they would call me back. I phoned my bank and was assured that they do not set the fees it is determined by BP and the station owner. I have done business with this bank for 15 years , it is a small bank not one of the big guys. Privately owned. BP returned the call and pinned the blame on the bank entirely. My banker said the fee should be returned to my account later in the day but it has been several hours and no money is yet returned. So my account balance is $100.00 short. Had I wished to purchase $20.00 worth of gas and had only $50.00 in my account I would have been refused access. I guess BP thinks I do not have enough money to do business with. Guess they are right as I will NEVER do business with them again.
