E3Biz E Business Group, Biltmore Marketing Group,LLC, E-Biz, No Worriez Solutions, Fraudulent Sales - Absconded with my $8394 - Absolutely No ROI - So
19th of Jun, 2011 by User216016
On 11/5/09, I received a sales call from Tony Green at E3 Business Group, who sounded like a very nice, sincere man. The sales pitch was that I could easily earn income at home by the setup of three websites health insurance, travel planning and referrals for E3 Biz.at a cost of $395. My sites would be recommended by well-known companies because banner ads would be placed on their high-traffic web sites. When a client signed up for the services, I would receive a specified commission amount. The entire job would be just advertising, no selling, and no conversations. Commission checks were to be issued on the 20th of each month. I told Tony I was hesitant because I had been burned before by an online company. He assured me that E3Biz was not like the other online companies where you lose your money. He said I could reach him any time at 888-247-5065. The Account Manager, Shane Kaiser would contact me the next day. On 11/6/09, Shane Kaiser called and introduced himself as the Assistant to Head of Sales, John Dean. Shane could be reached at 602-682-1078 X722. He told me I would need custom and relevant domain names for search engine optimization, and I agreed to pay $99 for the three domain names. I gave him my credit card number and faxed agreements for the total of $494 to be charged to me. On 11/10/09, Sr. Director John Michaels called from Biltmore Marketing. He was extremely personable and convinced me that the best way to recoup my money quickly was to get the tools to track and monitor the number of visitors to my sites. For $7900, he would guarantee 40,000 visitors during the next year, with a full refund if the number of visitors was not met. His recommendation for all the money I would make was to put 50% toward my debts, 30% for more advertising and save 20% for taxes. Trustingly, I faxed another agreement for the $7900 charge to the same fax number of 602-682-1090. I now had $8394 invested in this venture. After a couple months when I had not received a commission check, I called Biltmore and spoke to Jeremy about it. He told me he would be happy to rearrange the advertising to help my business. When I told him I would like to see the high traffic sites where my ads were placed, his reply was, Oh no, thats a company secret that I cant tell you. That sounded very odd to me. I periodically checked the website that was supposedly tracking the number of visitors and saw the number increasing. However, I now suspect that this was actually tracking nothing. Someone at E3Biz was undoubtedly just manually changing the number. Soon after that I could no longer access it. In October 2010, I emailed Tony Greene, Shane Kaiser, John Dean and Jeremy. I asked them to let me know why, in almost a year, there has no income produced from my 3 websites where 40,000 visitors were guaranteed. I asked for an accounting of my $8394. Naturally I heard nothing back from any of the four addressees. The contract I signed had indicated there would be no refunds after 14 days, and I felt it useless to try to talk to any of the thieves. I am sick about this debt that I can pay only minimally each month. I was looking for a home business because I was unemployed. I have not known where to turn for help and would like to join a class action suit against this company. These guys need to be stopped.

This is so similar to my experience with Biltmore Marketing Group/E3Biz. I also recognize some of the same names. I too was encouraged to charge my" investment" to a credit card the first time. After about 9 months and no income they solicited me to increase my investment with them in a new and better program which included direct mailing of pre addressed poatcards...and they still had my credit card number on record- I thought that was illegal but due to my passive and naive nature I did not question them on that and allowed the additional charges.I was taken advantage of and have received NO INCOME from this.

I have a New name to add to your list Derek Williams. I have been dealing with him for almost a month and thought he would be helpful but instead He has flaked at getting back to me. I think its time I call my attorney. I will keep everyone posted.

I'm unfortunately another person who fell for this scheme. I have recently received a letter from the Arizona Office of the Attorney General indicating that there is nothing they can do on my complaint for a refund but that my compliant could be registered for possible further legal action against this company for fraudulent business practices. While I have lost major money with this company, a class action against them so that they can't defraud someone less fortunate than me is where I stand versus whatever refund could be obtained.

I think the company was out of business by October 2010.
